The mosque opened on 10 February 2006. The mosque is the tallest building in the city is 29 meters. The building is made of red clay brick, 8-carbon forms. The dome of the mosque is green with gold stars (the dome is the only one in Russia) and Crescent. The building is designed for 180 people (50 women and 130 men).
