Halal Beef, Goat, Lamb and Chicken imported from Detroit, MI and USDA inspected facilities. Food Service uses zabiha halal meats. Groceries inlude processed canned meats and frozen meats certified by IFANCA and others. We carry the following Brands; Alafia, Al-Ameed, Bavaria, Buram, Castania, Dana, Egypt's Best Rice, Juhayna, Karoun, Kiri, Kraft, Lurpak, Maggi, Nido, Puck, Regal Picon, Royal World Teas, Sipa, Sultan, Vimto, Wild Garden, and Cedar. The menu offers kafta kabob, chicken kabob, lamb kabob, beef kabob, lamb chops and shawerma (beef and chicken) All use Zabiha Halal meat. The chicken noodle soup uses zabiha halal chicken. The other soups and rice dishes, use bouillon or soup stock from zabiha halal meats. The chicken nuggets are Sharifa brand. We also acquire, on some occasions, lamb meat from Super Greenland supermarket in Dearborn, MI. A place known for their strict requirements for Zabiha Halal meats. We also carry meat products from AlSafa and Sharifa brands in our grocery section. There are other grocery items such as canned meats and refrigerated pastramis that say halal on the packaging but no confirmation on whether its zabiha halal or not from the source such as Ziyad Brothers Luncheon meat, Baroody brand, Sultan brand, etc.
