Possibly the best Xinjiang joint in town, featuring delicious, homemade yoghurt, this king of the kebabs also boasts a friendly all-Uighur staff and is as authentic as it gets. Look out for the moustached manager who's always there sucking on a hookah in this courtyard gem.
